Sunmere & Loom Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.


SHIPPING RANGE

- Countries: We currently only ship within the United States.

- We currently only ship within the mainland United States. This includes the 48 U.S. states located on the continental mainland and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and all APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

- Future Expansion: Expansion to other shipping areas is being considered.


SHIPPING COSTS

- Within the United States: Insured + tracked shipping is FREE.

- No Hidden Fees.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.

- Last Order Time: 22:00 EST

- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.


TRANSIT TIME

- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

- Total Delivery Time: It will take a total of 6-10 business days to receive your order.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

- Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via support@sunmereandloom.com

- Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.


RETURN POLICY

- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of DELIVERY DATE.

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Sunmere & Loom will cover the return shipping costs.

- Refund Period: After receiving, inspecting and approving the returned item, it takes up to 7 business days to process the refund to the original payment method.


RESTOCKING FEE

- Restocking Fee: Sunmere & Loom does not charge a restocking fee for standard returns and cancellation. A 15% restocking fee is applied only in the case of refused deliveries or failed (Return To Sender) deliveries.

RETURN DELIVERY COSTS

- For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.

- For Customer Remorse: The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item.
